Patient complains of redness to the lower extremity.

Patient states that the skin color change is getting worse.
Pain is described as moderate in nature and worse with movement.
Denies recent purulence, penetrating trauma.
Patient Does have history of the same.
No fever.
No IV drug use.
No recent cellulitis unresolved with antibiotics. No prior treatment failure of cellulitis.

Patient was in City. No known sick contacts. No new sexual contacts.
No abdominal pain. No dysuria. No diarrhea.
No genitourinary discharge. No arthralgias. No autoimmune history in family.
No recent hiking or witnessed ticks.
No specific chest pain. No cough. No SOB.
