RHD pt with right wrist pain after ____.

Neurovascularly intact with intact active full range of motion of wrist. Mild pain with passive motion over UCL. Will x-ray to rule out fracture. If negative, discussed RICE, early mobilization, brace for comfort and follow up with hand as needed.
