Visual Acuity: markedly decrease in the affected eye.
Uveitis and hypopyon visualized on exam.
No evidence of globe rupture.
IOP: elevated.
ED Workup: CBC, ESR
Consult: Ophthalmology for Cx and likely intravitreal ABX. Query extended course systemic broad spectrum ABX (vancomycin inpatient or cipro outpatient).
