Clinical presentation not consistent with serious bacterial illness.

Patient is tolerating PO without difficulty. Patient is ambulatory and maintaining appropriate O2 saturation.

Discussed abnormal vital signs with patient and plan for discharge. Made shared decision to discharge home with prompt follow up. Discussed return precautions. Patient is in agreement with this plan and demonstrates appropriate understanding or return precautions.
